A luxury villa located in the stunning village of Imerovigli in Santorini. The villa offers a swimming pool and magnificent views of the dormant volcano, the deep blue of the Aegean Sea and the island of Thirasia.

Designed with simple lines, bathed in light, with large windows, white furniture and earthy shades, the villa is perfectly harmonized with the islands’ strong landscape, while its premises give out a discreet luxury.

The outdoor area spans over two levels. The first level has a swimming pool and Jacuzzi in the front and an outdoor dining area next to it, and a second sitting area with a concrete table and barbecue at the back. The second level has a terrace with two comfortable sitting areas and sun loungers.

Indoors, the villa consists of three bedrooms, which can accommodate up to seven people, three bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. With large windows, the rooms are bathed in the light of the Aegean Sea throughout the day while wooden and stone furniture add a touch of discreet luxury and island feel to the villa. All bedrooms have king-size beds, dressed in fabrics with subtle earth tones. Bathed in light, with large comfortable velvet sofa beds that can sleep an extra person, the villa’s living room stands out for its elegant wooden furnishings and harmonious colors.

The modern kitchen at the villa is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, coffee maker and a refrigerator with freezer.

At the back of the house, outside the living room’s French windows, the small pool perfectly refreshes in hot summer days. The pool is heated (in May through to October only), so you can also enjoy a moonlight swim in those cool nights.

Next to the pool is an elegant dining area overlooking the great view of the caldera. A small staircase next to the pool leads to the second level where the sea and the island of Thirasia, is generously revealed.

In the front yard, there is a small garden and a griller for barbecues. At the backyard there is another settee set and sun loungers where you can have a drink while enjoying the sunset or stargazing.
