Ermoupolis Panorama Art Houses is a new hospitality concept in the island of Syros. They combine luxury vacations and modern art. Actually they are luxurious houses containing original art paintings in all rooms and lounges. One could say that they are Art Galleries that contain home facilities! Another unique characteristic of Ermoupolis Panorama Art Houses is that we provide short term introductory in-house painting courses.

The houses are built with all modern facilities and comforts using the traditional Cycladic architecture. All the above, combined with a professional and personalized service, guarantee a unique and totally new holiday experience.

Art House Overview

Ermoupolis Panorama Art House is a 79m2 luxurious residence containing original art paintings in all rooms and lounges. It is located in the east part of the island, at the surrounding hills of Ermoupolis, overlooking magnificent views of the Aegean Sea, beautiful sunrises, and a breathtaking view of amazing Ermoupolis, and also 9 surrounding islands (Mykonos, Tinos, Delos, Naxos, Paros, etc.).

The house is comprised of 1 living room, 2 double bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 4 outdoor sitting areas, 1 with pergola. The house sleeps 4 people in the 2 rooms, but using the sofa-bed of the living room, 2 more people could be accommodated. Therefore the total number of persons accommodated is 6. The combination of luxury, original paintings, breathtaking views and sunrises, beautiful outdoor spaces, position Ermoupolis Panorama Houses as an ideal option for your holidays in Syros.

In-house painting lessons

These short term introductory in-house painting courses are designed to provide the basic elements of painting to people with no experience at all. These people will work with acrylic colors and will explore the fundamental theoretical and technical approach to making abstract paintings on canvas. After an initial overview of color, light, texture and composition, followed by a brief cycle of basic color-mixing and paint handling simple methods, most of the remaining in-villa time will be spent in making a few paintings, under the painter’s supervision and guidance. The painter and all the students will also create a relatively big painting. All paintings will be given to the students, except the big one that will be sign by all participants and will remain in the house as a reminding symbol of the student’s visit to the island and to Ermoupolis Panorama Art House.

Painting lessons-a: 2 days, 2 hours a day

Painting lessons-b: 3 days, 3 hours a day

Ermoupolis Panorama Art House, part of Ermoupolis Panorama Residences, is located on the east side of the island, at the surrounding hills of Ermoupolis, therefore overlooking magnificent views of the city and also the Aegean Sea with 9 surrounding islands! It is only a few minutes’ drive (3.8 Km) from the city of Ermoupolis and 4.5 Km from the beautiful and well sheltered Kini beach. All the facilities necessary to the visitors such as supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and cafeterias are easily accessible from the house in around 8-10 minutes in both directions, either to Ermoupolis or to Kini. Kini Beach is a sandy beach, located at the west cost of Syros, only 4.5 Km away from the Art House. From Kini there is a daily boat service to other Syros beaches. Various exciting watersports are also available there. The ideal location of the house, where peaceful, beautiful and romantic views are combined with art, comfort and action, make Ermoupolis Panorama Art House a unique experience and an ideal place to live!
