The villa is located in the Keratea area of the eastern part of Attica, on the first coastline 30 meters from the beach.

There are 6 bedrooms in a two level house. All bedrooms are on the second floor and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The four of the five are overlooking the Aegean Sea and they have access to an enormous balcony reminds a promenade cruise ship deck. They are all spacious with wardrobes to make you feel comfortable during your stay.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a view to the sea, a dining room (for 15 people), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and there is another large room that can be used as a guest bedroom with a double sofa bed and with its bathroom. On the territory of the villa is a large garden, a barbecue area where you can have dinner in the fresh air. Now, the villa is redecorated and a swimming pool is under construction.
