Description

This three-store 160 m2 villa can accommodate up to 10 people. Stone-built just 50m from the sea within an 8.000 m2 fenced outdoor area.

The interior design is traditional with stone and wood being the major elements.

Also next to the villa are two guest houses. Which can accommodate up to 6 people.

It is perfectly furnished, air-conditioned, comfortable in modern style, with Wi-Fi Internet in the house and in the territory, and is friendly to pets.

Interior layout

Ground floor:

- Living room with fireplace, doors to the balcony facing the sea. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, one bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed.

First floor:

- Two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds. Bathroom with shower and door to 40 m2 balcony.

Loft:

- One big room with two double beds and a bathroom.

Outside area

Near the house, there are barbecue area. You can cook simple and very tasty dishes on the grill almost every day. Enjoy these dishes at the huge oak table on the terrace in the backyard courtyard and at the same time admire the sunsets and night-lights of the Rio Antirrio Bridge.

A little bit about the path to the beach: the distance from home to the beach does not exceed 50 m. Opening the wicket, you will find yourself on an absolutely secluded beach with crystal clear water with umbrellas and sun beds for private use by the guests of the villa.

On the right and left side of the main house are two guest houses, built and decorated in the same style as the main house.

House N1:

- By the sea is a 40 m2 studio just 5 meters from the sea with exceptional view to the Rio - Antirrio Bridge. Made of stone and decorated with traditional agricultural tools is smoothly following the style of the whole property. The house is arranged in one floor and one room.
There are two double beds, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Additionally there is a loft, all covered with mattress giving the ability
to accommodate up to four more people. In front of the house is the terrace with view to the sea, which ends at the gate to the beach.

House N2:

- The house 20 m2 is arranged in one floor, one room.
There is one double bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
